  1. Association Credibility and Standards
    • The member must have a fellowship status with the Institute
    • The Extraordinary Membership Award must be based on outstanding professional achievements, assessed by national or international experts.
  2. Documentation of Membership
    • Proof of Membership: Submit membership certificates, letters of admission, or official documents.
    • Association Selection Criteria: Member must follow documentation detailing the association's selection process and standards for membership which is include in our bylaws, membership criteria, and official descriptions of the selection process.
    • Evidence of Achievements: Present evidence of the achievements that qualified you for membership. This can include awards, significant projects, publications, or other notable contributions acknowledged by the association.
  3. Supporting Evidence
    • Letters from Other Association Officials: Obtain letters from officials of other relevant associations or institutions that describe your selection process and why you were admitted into their Fellow status. (if any)
    • Media Coverage: Include articles or media coverage that highlight your achievements and recognition by the association or institution.
    • Expert Testimonials: Provide testimonials or endorsements from recognized experts within the association attesting to your exceptional abilities and accomplishments.
